Assistant Manager (Civil)

i)           Working in analogous grade of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2)/Rs. 20,600-46,500 (Pre-revised).

Or

Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience. (At least 02 years’ experience in pay scales carrying minimum bottom pay of Rs. 46,000)

ii)          04 years of Post qualification Executive/ supervisory work experience in Maintenance of Civil structures (Viaduct/ Bridges, Tunnel, Earth structure, station and Depot buildings etc.) in any

Government Metro /RRTS/Railway

i)           Employees working in PB-2 + GP- 4600 (Level 7 of 7th CPC) (PB2 + GP 4800 in Accounts Dept. of IR) with minimum 10 years of Group ‘C’ Service.

ii)         04 years of Post qualification Executive/ supervisory work experience in Maintenance of Civil structures (Viaduct/ Bridges, Tunnel, Earth structure, station and Depot buildings etc.) in any Government Metro /RRTS/ Railway

 

 

 

Assistant Manager (Track)

ЁЯСЙЁЯСЙ    Job Description:

 For the post of Assistant Manager (Civil)

 

i.Responsible for managing of Civil Structure for Operations and Maintenance and/or Project.

ii. Any other work as assigned by Senior Management.

 

For the post of Assistant Manager (Track)

i. Responsible for managing the Track for Operations and Maintenance and/or Project.

ii. Any other work as assigned by Senior Management.

 For the post of Assistant Manager (Electrical)

  • Responsible for managing Electrical Traction System (Overhead Equipment, Power Supply Installations) for Operations and Maintenance and/or 
  • Any other work as assigned by Senior Management.

For the post of Assistant Manager (Rolling Stock)

i. Assisting O & M set up.

ii. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock.

iii.  Management of spares and tools.

iv. Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.

v.   Troubleshoot failures to reduce downtime effectively and preparation of Investigation reports.

vi.  Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of rolling stock and depot machinery.

vii. Supervise and support technicians & engineering teams.

viii.Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in depot operations.

ix. Preparation of O & M manual and SOP's.

x. Management of AMS (Asset Management)

xi. Any other work as assigned by Senior Management.

 For the post of Assistant Manager (Train Operations)

 

i.Responsible for executing Train operations related functions.

ii. Any other work as assigned by Senior Management.

For the post of Assistant Manager (Station Operations)

i.Responsible for Station and train operations related duties.

     ЁЯСЙЁЯСЙMode of Selection: -

     Shortlisted candidates would be required to make a small presentation on the jobs handled by them and their experience in the areas detailed in the job description of the post.

 Management may include/dispense with any of the selection methodology as deemed fit.

ЁЯСЙЁЯСЙ   General Conditions:

  1. Experience and other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on 31st March 2025 
  2.  Applicants appointed on absorption basis will be on probation for a period of one year.
  3.   Selected candidates during the period of his/her employment will be required to serve at any location/office of NHSRCL.
  4.   Surety Bond on Joining: The candidates selected for the above post will have to execute a surety bond for an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- to serve the corporation for a minimum period of 3 years (exclusive of the period in which one remained on LWP or EOL) and also a prior notice of 90 days, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation.
  5. Surety Bond on Training: If the candidates are imparted training, the candidates will have to execute a surety bond for the Cost of Training and applicable service tax to serve the corporation for a minimum period of 5 years after completion of training (exclusive of the period in which one remained on LWP or EOL) and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation.
